Job Description

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet complex business requirements.

Design and implement micro front\-ends using TypeScript, React, and NextJS , integrated with ServiceNow portals.

Create and customize templates, widgets, pages, and portals ensuring responsive UI and optimal UX.

Extend out\-of\-the\-box Knowledge Management and related modules to bridge functionality gaps.

Build scripted APIs and manage integrations with third\-party platforms for AI, reporting, and analytics.

Configure export sets and data feeds for reporting and analytics purposes.

Collaborate closely with QA, partners, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Debug and troubleshoot complex code issues using ServiceNow tools, logs, and best practices.

Maintain compliance with accessibility standards and performance optimization for front\-end components.
