Job Description

We re Hiring: ServiceNow Engineer (4-7 Years Experience) | Jaipur - Onsite | Deeporion Technology Pvt. Ltd.

ServiceNow Engineer

Role Overview:

Now Assist

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain custom ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and App Engine.
Develop intelligent workflows using Now Assist and AI-driven automation tools.
Configure UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts (JavaScript), and platform components.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and OpenAI integrations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance and security.
Assist in platform upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements.
Create and maintain documentation and share knowledge with internal teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
ServiceNow development and configuration
Expertise in
Now Assist
,
App Engine workflows
, and
template-based development
Solid scripting experience:
JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes
, etc.
Familiarity with
AI/Agentic integrations
, OpenAI APIs, and ITSM data handling
Knowledge of web services integrations (REST, SOAP)
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
