Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an

experienced Data Scientist

with strong hands-on expertise in

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

to lead the development and deployment of data-driven solutions. This role involves designing and implementing machine learning models, performing advanced analytics, and driving impactful insights by leveraging the latest in cloud-native AI/ML tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy
machine learning models and data pipelines
using GCP services such as
Vertex AI
,
BigQuery
, and
Dataflow
.
Conduct
data wrangling, feature engineering
, and
statistical modeling
to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to
understand business needs
and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
Deploy models in production,
monitor performance
, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Ensure adherence to
data governance
,
model explainability
, and
regulatory compliance
standards.

Required Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in GCP services
: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage.
Programming proficiency in Python
and SQL, along with ML frameworks such as
Scikit-learn
,
TensorFlow
, or
PyTorch
.
Hands-on experience working with
large datasets
, performing
data preprocessing
, and using data
visualization tools
.
Understanding of
MLOps practices
, including
CI/CD pipelines
,
version control
(Git), and tools like
Jenkins
.
In-depth knowledge of
statistical methods
,
ML algorithms
, and
performance evaluation metrics
.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

Google Cloud certification (e.g.,
Professional Data Engineer

Professional Machine Learning Engineer
)
Experience in
real-time data processing

streaming analytics
, or
AI model monitoring
in production environments.
