Hiring: ServiceNow Developer Claims Module (2+ Years Experience)

Location:

**Note : only immediate to short joiners will be contacted for further process.

About the Role

own technical development, ensure quality delivery, and support end-to-end implementation

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the

    ServiceNow Claims module

    as per technical specifications shared by the BNL system integrator.
  • Manage

    profiles, roles, and access administration

    within ServiceNow.
  • Develop

    server-side and client-side scripts

    for custom features.
  • Build

    API interfaces

    and integrations with external systems.
  • Provide technical support during testing, fix anomalies, and deliver updated documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain all agreed artefacts such as:
    • Test cases & test results
    • Baseline packages
    • Technical documentation
  • Collaborate continuously with Senior Developers/System Integrators to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure

    milestone adherence

    , quality compliance, and risk mitigation.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Participate in solution design and development discussions.
  • Review proposed solutions critically and suggest better alternatives where needed.

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory – 2+ Years Experience

  • ServiceNow Development & Configuration

    (especially

    Claims Module

    )
  • JavaScript (strong hands-on for client-side and server-side scripting)
  • HTML, CSS
  • AngularJS (for Service Portal / Employee Center widget customization)
  • jQuery
  • JSON, XML
  • Understanding of Scripting APIs (Good-to-have)

Certifications (Mandatory)

Must Have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Plus at least 2 of the below certifications

  • ServiceNow CIS – Claims Module
  • CIS – Customer Service Management (CSM) / Financial Service Operations (FSO)
  • Banking & Wealth Accreditation
  • Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Accreditation
