ServiceNow Developer

You will be responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules, as well as extending functionality with additional modules. Your main tasks will include writing efficient code for business rules, client scripts, and workflows. Furthermore, you will need to implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaboration with project teams to gather and clarify requirements will also be a key part of your role. Testing and debugging solutions to ensure they meet client needs will be essential for success in this position. To excel in this role, you will need to have at least 2.5 years of ServiceNow experience. Full implementation experience with at least one ServiceNow product is a must. Strong programming and technical expertise, along with advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and API integrations, will be crucial. Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional module is required. Additionally, a strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, and catalog items, is essential. Familiarity with integrations and data import/export processes will also be beneficial. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills are key requirements for this position. Having a ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory for this role. Furthermore, holding CIS certification for relevant modules such as HRSD, ITOM, etc., will be considered an added advantage.
