ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module

As a ServiceNow Developer, your role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules and extending functionality with additional modules. You will be responsible for writing efficient code for business rules, client scripts, and workflows. Implementing integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs is also a key part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with project teams to gather and clarify requirements and testing and debugging solutions to ensure they meet client needs are essential tasks for you. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules and extend functionality with additional modules - Write efficient code for business rules, client scripts, and workflows - Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs - Collaborate with project teams to gather and clarify requirements - Test and debug solutions, ensuring they meet client needs Qualifications Required: - 2.5+ years of ServiceNow experience - Full implementation experience with at least one ServiceNow product - Strong programming and technical expertise, including advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and API integrations - Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional module - Strong understanding of ServiceNow development (e.g., scripting, UI policies, and catalog items) - Familiarity with integrations and data import/export processes - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills - ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory); CIS certification for relevant modules (e.g., HRSD, ITOM, etc.) is an added advantage,
