Job Title: ServiceNow Developer — UI Builder

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in UI Builder to design, develop, and implement modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow’s UI Builder, App Engine, and front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using UI Builder and other front-end tools.
• Build engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with business requirements.
• Design reusable components, pages, and data resources within UI Builder.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, Business Analysts, and other developers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate UI Builder pages with ServiceNow data models using Data Sources and Experience Components.
• Ensure consistency with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
• Debug and troubleshoot UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration problems.
• Document design, development, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and recommend improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with UI Builder, Workspace, and Now Experience Framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow’s Client-Side APIs.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model (tables, relationships, ACLs).
• Experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Ability to build and manage Service Portal widgets (optional but good to have).
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Basic understanding of performance optimization for custom UI pages.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
