Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Primary Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Configuration:

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs.
Customize and configure core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.

Integration & Automation:

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Automate routine tasks and processes using Flow Designer and Orchestration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

46 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
