Job Title: Power Platform/Power Automate/SharePoint Developer Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform/Power Automate/SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Power Platform tools and SharePoint Online. Responsibilities: Nintex Forms + Workflows Migration: Assist in the conversion of Nintex forms and workflows to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Power Platform Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. SharePoint Online Integration: Customize and configure SharePoint Online to support business processes and workflows. Migration Tools: Utilize migration tools to transfer data and forms from legacy systems to SharePoint Online. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Qualifications: Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Canvas and model-driven apps. SharePoint Online: Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online development, design, configuration, and customization. Microsoft 365: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and their integration with SharePoint Online. Technical Skills: Familiarity with migration tools and techniques for data transfer. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Certifications: Microsoft certification in SharePoint and/or Power Platform highly desirable. Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile sprint/Scrum development methodology. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint. Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices. Shift Time: 2 PM to 11 PM Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad (Remote as of now)
