ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer at our organization, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services Operations, focusing on areas such as Disputes, Money Movement, and Case Management. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering robust solutions that support critical financial functions. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on user requirements and industry best practices. You will provide expert-level technical support for complex ServiceNow functionalities and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend scalable technical solutions. Additionally, you will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing configurations and customizations while staying updated with industry trends and platform updates. Mentoring junior developers, contributing to project planning, and potentially leading specific projects will also be part of your role. You should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules, especially in Case Management, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Domain expertise in Financial Services Operations is essential, along with the ability to build and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are required for this role. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be beneficial. Possessing ServiceNow certifications (such as CSA, CAD) and experience in the BFSI domain will be advantageous. Integration experience with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
