Development

ServiceNow Basics (Client Script, Business rules, Script include, UI action, Ui policy, Data policy, Import Set, Notifications, Reports, Database Views, Surveys, SLA, ACL Record Producer)
Experience related to Flow Designer (Flows, Sub-flows, Template)
JavaScript experience
Developing and maintaining scoped apps, extended database tables, and Update sets
Experience with ITSM Change module
Administration
Administering day-to-day aspects for ITSM, ITOM, APM, and CMDB
Following best practices for overall performance and annual ServiceNow Cloud instance upgrades
Troubleshooting experience (including Discovery)
CMDB
Best practice in configuration and implementation
Data quality and governance
APM
(Application Portfolio Management)
Integration
(Good to Have)
Integrating with other software applications and tools including API and database integration
Developing custom end-points for use with Integration Hub
