ServiceNow Developer Staff

As a Developer with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation at EY GDS ServiceNow, you will be part of a dynamic team working to solve client problems using the ServiceNow platform. You will have the opportunity to contribute to building innovative products and services that address client needs, while working with a high-quality team. Your role will involve performing configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system, building service request fulfilment workflows, automating tasks using scripting tools, and integrating processes using Orchestration and Web Services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows. - Build service request fulfilment workflows from customer requirements, using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules. - Utilize scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks. - Integrate and automate processes using Orchestration, Web Services, and Soap calls. - Gather specifications from business departments, interpret requirements, and develop technical specifications documentation. - Manage data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed. - Collaborate with business liaison to generate dashboards, home pages, and reports. - Analyze user stories and internal procedures to enhance system capabilities and automate workflows. - Conduct system and integration testing with sample and live data. **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Experience with authentication protocols such as Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation / Azure. - Familiarity with Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes. - Ability to integrate with internal and external applications and systems. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and web design practices. - Service Portal implementation experience. - Knowledge of applications like ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM, and Service Portal. - Experience with Performance Analytics. - Understanding of digital technologies like Machine learning, AI, IoT, and Blockchain. **Qualifications:** - College degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc) or comparable job experiences. - 2 to 3 years of experience in a development role with progressively complex responsibilities. - ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory. - ITIL foundations certification is a plus.
