Job Description

Techila Global Services is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise across Security Operations (SecOps), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.

The role involves designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions to optimize enterprise service delivery and strengthen the security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, or MID Server.
Implement and enhance modules for SecOps (SIR/VR), ITSM, and IRM/GRC.
Automate workflows and improve service and security operations.
Create custom dashboards, reports, and portals for better visibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Stay updated with latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Proven expertise in SecOps, ITSM, and IRM.
Strong in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
Experience with REST / SOAP / JDBC integrations.
Good understanding of ITIL processes and automation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SecOps / ITSM / IRM
