Position Summary

Level:

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work youll do:

  • Owns complex deliverables independently, ensuring quality and timelines and Exhibits interest in working across tracks/outside of core skills
  • Consistently demonstrates SME skills within their area of expertise and proactively identifies potential risks and come up with mitigation plans - Performs solution reviews and/or process/code reviews effectively & independently

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

  • 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience with Field Service Management platforms or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of field service processes (dispatch, scheduling, work order management, mobile enablement).
  • Experience with FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Familiarity with related enterprise systems (such as ERP, CRM, or service cloud solutions) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Certification

  • FSM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
