Hiring Now: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator ITOM | ITSM | ITAM | CMDB Expert

ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules – ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB.
Administer ServiceNow platform including instance upgrades, patching, and performance.
Implement and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB accuracy.
Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and UI actions.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and internal governance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical documentation and end-user support.

Required Skills:

2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), MID Server configuration, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with Discovery, CI relationship mapping, and CMDB reconciliation.
ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory); CIS in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM (preferred).
