Servicenow Developer

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement applications using the

  ServiceNow

  platform.
• Work on

  ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and Service Portal

  functionalities.
• Manage

  CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

  and ensure efficient IT service management.
• Develop and maintain

  workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications

  .
• Create and integrate

  REST APIs

  for seamless data flow.
• Work in an

  Agile environment

  , ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Perform

  peer code reviews

  and contribute to best practices.
• Collaborate with

  onshore and offshore teams

  for project execution.
• Support

  product upgrades, releases, and modern technology deployments

  .

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  ServiceNow development

  .
• Strong understanding of

  ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM

  .
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in

  JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and REST APIs

  .
• Familiarity with

  SDLC and Agile methodologies

  .
• Knowledge of

  ServiceNow Platform, Scripting, APIs, and Service Portal

  .

• ServiceNow Certifications:

• ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
  
• Application Development (CAD)
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in

  Flow Designer, Integration HUB, and legacy Workflow

  .
• Ability to develop and implement

  integrations and automation workflows

  .
• Exposure to

  test automation

  and reusable code development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a

  client-facing role

  .
