Role Summary

CMDB Management

Key Responsibilities

CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

Manage, maintain, and optimize the CMDB ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Define and enforce CMDB governance, standards, and best practices.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure proper CI (Configuration Item) discovery, classification, and relationship mapping.
Enable audits, reporting, and lifecycle management of configuration items.

ITOM (IT Operations Management)

Implement and support ITOM modules such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, or Orchestration.
Troubleshoot ITOM-related issues and ensure seamless integration with other ITSM processes.
Enhance automation, monitoring, and operational workflows to improve service reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations ecosystems.

Scrum Master

Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles and remove impediments to enhance delivery flow.
Track and report progress using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Facilitate communication between product owners, developers, and operations teams.
