Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in expanding the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), adopting the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework, and integrating ServiceNow across the enterprise in a clean, sustainable, and supportable manner.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development & Integration
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.
Expand and maintain the CMDB, ensuring alignment with the CSDM framework.Develop and configure Service Mapping and related functionalities to improve visibility and operational efficiency.Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Enterprise Integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Azure Monitor.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments using Azure DevOps.Clean up and optimize existing integration assets to eliminate redundancy and improve sustainability.
Governance & Best Practices
Ensure all integrations follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
Document technical designs, workflows, and integration patterns for long-term support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules.
Hands-on experience with CMDB expansion and CSDM adoption.Strong understanding of Service Mapping and enterprise-wide ServiceNow integration strategies.Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integration cleanup.Experience integrating ServiceNow with GitHub, Azure Monitor, and other enterprise tools.Ability to design integrations that are clean, sustainable, and supportable.Solid understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.2 Years of ServiceNow Developer experience
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist certifications.
Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.4 Years of ServiceNow Developer experience
