Job Description

ServiceNow Developer JD:

4 years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years in HRSD module implementation.
Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Centre, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
Develop and maintain HR workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
Ensure data integrity and security compliance within the HRSD platform.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of the HRSD environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow scripting.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (preferred).
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Train HR users and stakeholders on new features and functionalities.
