Min Experience: 13 yearsLocation: HyderabadJobType: full-timeThe ServiceNow Delivery Manager is accountable for leading multiple delivery squads through their respective team leads to drive value-based outcomes. The role involves effective planning, coordination, and leadership to ensure stakeholder expectations are met while maintaining cost efficiency and achieving financial targets. This includes providing monthly updates in collaboration with senior service delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery squads through team leads to ensure high-quality, value-driven outcomes aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Manage third-party resource vendors, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements, deliver maximum value, and all resources align with defined standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery squad requirements—such as scope, priorities, estimations, and change management—are clearly defined and documented.
  • Work with the ServiceNow Service Owner and Run & Grow teams to support Hypercare and Early Life Support planning, ensuring acceptance criteria are defined and agreed upon. While the role does not own these deliverables, it provides governance and support to ensure they are properly understood and executed by the delivery teams.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
  • Coordinate release management activities in partnership with Run & Grow teams and the Centre of Excellence (CoE), ensuring alignment with processes and procedures.
  • Develop demand forecasts, resource plans, and cost models based on evolving business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by removing delivery impediments and optimizing delivery processes.
  • Promote collaboration and coordination among squads, especially where outlined in Statements of Work.
  • Contribute actively to the ServiceNow Product Leadership team and participate in leadership meetings as required.
  • Provide inputs and updates for reporting requirements across Business Applications and CBS functions.
  • Offer leadership coverage in meetings when other members of the ServiceNow Product Leadership team are unavailable.
  • Strengthen collaboration with transformation squads to introduce new capabilities and support integrated delivery efforts.
