Job Description

Senior ATF Tester -

Experience - 8.5 yrs - 12 yrs

Location - Pan India

Notice period - Immediate- 30 days

JD -

Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute test activities for ServiceNow platform.
  • Validate platform functionality across the test lifecycle.
  • Create test plans, cases, and reports.
  • Perform ATF, Unit, System, and User Acceptance Testing.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    3+ years developing on ServiceNow.

  • Certifications:

    • ServiceNow CSA
    • Certified Application Developer
    • Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.)

  • Skills:

    • Testing methodologies for ServiceNow
    • Agile/Scrum experience
    • ITIL V4 Foundation or higher
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
    • One web framework (React or AngularJS)
    • Web services (Scripted REST APIs, Rest Messages)
    • Integration with multiple data sources
    • Software development best practices (logging, unit testing, code reviews)
    • Advanced scripting in ServiceNow (Script Includes, Business Rules)
    • Upgrade and skipped update remediation

  • Soft Skills:

    Excellent communication.
