Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architect based in Sydney, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Implementing the ITSM Suite, including Incident, Change, Release, and Problem management, as well as the Service Catalog and Service Portal. - Customizing the ServiceNow tool using Business rules, Clients Scripts, and Script includes to meet specific business requirements. - Demonstrating strong experience in implementing custom dashboards, integrating reporting tools, and CRM apps. - Utilizing your experience in implementing discovery and service mapping suite to enhance system efficiency. - Integrating third-party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies to ensure seamless operation. - Having a good background knowledge of hosting services in both cloud and on-premises environments. - Understanding compute workloads in physical, virtual, and cloud environments, and applying this knowledge effectively. - Possessing some knowledge of Unix-based Operating Systems and monitoring tools to troubleshoot and optimize system performance. - Demonstrating a solid understanding of data networks, including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, interconnects, TCP/IP model, and network layers. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of IT services within the organization.,
