Description
As a Service Now Manager at EY, you will lead a group in the Service Now Practice, providing directions and strategies to grow the firm's Service Now footprint. Your role will involve managing large and complex Service Now implementations, product development, and sales enablement on a global scale. You should have experience in working with large global teams spread across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now, respond to client proposals, and participate in presentations to help grow the Service Now business - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing model, and platform management models - Design and develop large solutions combining the Service Now platform, automation, and workflow capabilities for EY customers - Lead offshore teams in all Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Sec Ops from blueprint to roll-out phase - Work closely with various stakeholders like business, process leads, and offshore team to ensure successful implementation - Propose and deliver projects to EY customers or internal stakeholders, building strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services - Develop and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to performance feedback - Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining, and training - Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff - Play an appropriate role in business development through pre-sales, internal engagement, and knowledge management Qualifications Required: - 7 to 13 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top-tier Global System Integrator - Service Now CSA plus ServiceNow Implementation Certification (minimum 2 Certifications are mandatory) - ITIL Intermediate, COBIT, and/or TOGAF certifications - Agile and Scrum Master certifications - PMP certification Join EY to build an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to building a better working world.
