Job Description

ServiceNow Administrator

Manage and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users, resolving platform issues.
Monitor system performance, availability, and user experience.
Configuration and Customization:
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements and processes.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and notifications to improve efficiency.
Create custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
System Upgrades and Maintenance:
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality releases to ensure a smooth transition.
Regularly review and implement best practices for ServiceNow administration.
User Management:
Manage user access and roles within the ServiceNow instance, ensuring appropriate permissions and security controls.
Conduct training sessions for users and provide documentation for system usage.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with IT teams, including DevOps, to ensure integration of ServiceNow with other tools and systems.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and enhancements.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate and analyze reports to track IT services performance and identify areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for service enhancements.
