Work Days: Monday to Sunday (Rotational shift with one weekly off)

Salary: 12,000 15,000 per month

Job Overview

This role involves speaking with customers about their service-related queries, managing both incoming and outgoing calls, and keeping the service panel or CRM updated. You ll also coordinate with the operations or service team to make sure customer requests are handled smoothly. Someone who communicates clearly, uses a computer comfortably, and can manage calls with patience would fit well here. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is definitely an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for service bookings, complaints, and general queries.


• Make outbound calls to follow up on pending requests or share updates with customers.


• Update customer information, service status, and notes in the system or service panel.


• Coordinate with field or operations teams to schedule and assign service tasks.


• Track open service requests and ensure they are completed within expected timelines.


• Maintain clear records of interactions and follow-ups for internal reference.


• Handle customer concerns politely and work toward quick resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in a calm and customer-friendly tone.


• Basic computer knowledge (CRM or service panel experience is a plus).


• Ability to manage call pressure and multitask when necessary.


• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.


• A responsible attitude toward timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
