The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability, Hiring Service engineer for light Construction machinery in Telanagana and A.P Like Concrete Mixer, bar cutting and Bar Bending Machine, tower Hoist, Passenger cum Material Hoist Responsibilities and Duties Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Tie workflow to schedule Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports Document processes Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings Build positive relationships with customers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
