Service Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for carrying out installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines at customer sites. Additionally, you will provide technical demonstrations and training to customers and dealers. You will attend to service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions. Managing and supporting spare parts requirements, ensuring proper stock availability, and maintaining accurate service logs, customer reports, and spare part usage in Excel/Google sheets will also be part of your responsibilities. Supporting both dealers and direct customers with professional technical assistance, working in close coordination with the service head, and following all standard processes are key aspects of this role. Ensuring systematic reporting and documentation of all service activities is vital. Qualification Required: - Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related technical field. Additional Details: The company requires candidates with 1-4 years of experience in service/technical support, preferably in the machinery or equipment industry. Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google sheets for reporting and stock management is essential. The role involves frequent travel across Delhi NCR and nearby states. Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently are valued qualities in potential candidates.,
