Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Battery and Inverter Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair battery backup systems and inverters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various types of batteries (lead-acid, lithium-ion) and inverters (off-grid, on-grid, hybrid) used in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission inverters, batteries, and associated electrical equipment. Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks. Diagnose faults and perform repairs on-site or at the service center. Test and ensure functionality of inverters, batteries, and wiring systems. Provide technical support to customers regarding system operations and troubleshooting. Document service reports, maintenance logs, and repair records. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and electrical standards. Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer service delivery. Educate clients on optimal usage, battery care, and safety precautions. Stay updated with new technologies and product improvements. Required Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inverter and battery service or a related role. Familiarity with brands such as Luminous, Exide, Sukam, Microtek, etc. is a plus. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
