We need a Service Technician for on-site service and maintenance of EV workbenches and related products. The role involves testing & validation after production, troubleshooting, repairs, and support under the guidance of the After Sales Manager.
· Visit client sites as per scheduled service plans.
· Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical issues in EV workbenches.
· Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment.
· Coordinate with engineers and report service activities.
· Ensure timely resolution of issues and client satisfaction.
· ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical.
· Basic knowledge of EV components.
· Strong problem-solving and learning attitude.
· Ability to travel for service visits.
