Responsibilities

*Primary Responsibilities:*

1. Service Coordination:

   Overseeing the service and maintenance of DG sets coordinating with vendors for spare parts, and resolving service issues.

2. Customer Relationship:

   Managing customer interactions, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with DG set performance.Service the DG Sets at customer location.

3. Technical Expertise:

   Technically sound and troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on the latest hardware advancements.

4. Installation and Commissioning:

   Potentially involved in the on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of new DG sets.

5. Performance Management:

   Monitoring the performance of the DG sets, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.

6. Root Cause Analysis:

   Investigating the root cause of issues with DG sets, especially those with significant impact, and collaborating with engineering teams to find resolutions.
