Location: Valara, Near Adimali Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Working Hours: · Full-Time: (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 8-hour effective shift with breaks) · Part-Time: Flexible shifts (to be discussed during interview) ( 6-hour shifts ) Pay & Benefits: · Full-Time (8-hour shift): ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month · Part-Time ( 6-hour shift): ₹6,000 – ₹8,000/month · Monthly performance incentives based on sales & customer feedback · Referral bonus for bringing in new team members Job Summary: We are looking for friendly, efficient, and energetic Service Staff to join our café team. The role involves taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, assisting with inventory, and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and welcome customers warmly · Assist with seating and provide menus · Take accurate food and beverage orders · Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally · Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely · Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-maintained · Support takeaway and billing operations when required · Accurately process payments (cash, credit, debit) using a POS system · Issue receipts and ensure transaction accuracy · Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and maintain accurate records · Assist in basic inventory management and restocking of service stations · Notify management of reordering needs · Assist with order processing and support kitchen or counter staff when required · Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times · May be responsible for upselling, making recommendations, and handling reservations Requirements: · Prior experience in a café or service role is an advantage (not mandatory) · Basic understanding of food and beverages · Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude · Good communication skills in English or Malayalam (Hindi is a plus) · Ability to work in a team and under pressure · Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends · Male and female candidates welcome Additional Info: · Uniform will be provided · Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a neat appearance · Accommodation provided for male staff only · Food not provided Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Expected hours: 42 – 56 per week Benefits: Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Joining bonus Overtime pay Performance bonus Shift allowance Ability to commute/relocate: Idukki, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Café/Restaurant Service Staff: 1 year (Required) Location: Idukki, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 06/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 10/06/2025
