Service Solution Engineer

Role Overview: As a Service Solution Engineer at TGV Kurnool, your primary responsibility will be to provide complete service support to customers on-site, ensuring 100% On Time Performance and Zero defects. You will report to the Manager of Service Solution. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct surveys of steam traps and total steam energy distribution & losses. - Prepare detailed reports on the audits conducted. - Provide recommendations for energy conservation. - Maintain smooth communication and effective coordination with customers. - Ensure compliance with Armstrong Quality standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. - 3-5 years of experience. - Good knowledge of Steam Engineering. - Confident speaker with decent communication skills. - Basic understanding of Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer.,
