Engineer - Solution Sales MRO (Surat)

As an Engineer - Solution Sales MRO at our Surat location in India, you will play a crucial role in assisting Processing Industry, Food, Pharma customers to enhance their thermal processes, minimize maintenance issues, and decrease their annual fuel expenses by recommending Armstrong's product and service solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring 100% On Time Performance and maintaining Zero defects within your designated geographical client base. You will report directly to the Respective Regional Manager / Area Manager. Your responsibilities will include meeting the Annual sales budget by offering appropriate solutions to the defined customer base through a direct sales model. You will conduct a comprehensive analysis of Customers" Steam & Condensate network and relevant processes to provide sustainable Armstrong solutions while adhering to Armstrong Quality standards. Key Requirements for this role include a solid understanding of Steam Engineering, the ability to communicate confidently and authoritatively, a commitment to building strong interpersonal relationships, a preference for value-based selling over a low bidder-based approach, and a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
