Solution Sales - Process Industry - Assistant Manager

As a Solution Sales professional in the Process Industry, Food, Pharma sector, your main responsibility will be to assist customers in optimizing their thermal processes, minimizing recurring maintenance issues, and reducing their annual fuel bill through the adoption of Armstrong's product and service solutions. Your goal will be to ensure 100% On Time Performance and zero defects within your assigned geographical clientele. You will report directly to the Respective Regional Manager/Area Manager. Your key responsibilities will include meeting the annual sales budget by offering the right solutions to the defined customer base through a direct sales model. This will involve conducting a thorough study of customers" steam and condensate network as well as their relevant processes in order to provide sustainable Armstrong solutions. You will also be expected to adhere to Armstrong's quality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge of Steam Engineering, be a confident and authoritative speaker, value strong interpersonal relationships, and prefer a value-based selling approach over a low bidder-based sales approach. Attention to detail and a passion for Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer will be essential for success. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field. Physical requirements will be communicated as needed.,
