Enigneer - Solution Sales MRO (Baroda)

As an Engineer - Solution Sales MRO at our Baroda location in India, you will play a crucial role in assisting Processing Industry, Food, and Pharma customers in optimizing their thermal processes. Your main objectives will be to minimize recurring maintenance issues, reduce annual fuel bills, and ensure 100% On-Time Performance while maintaining Zero defects within your designated geographical clientele. Reporting to the Respective Regional Manager / Area Manager, you will be responsible for meeting the Annual sales budget by offering the right solutions to the defined customer base through a direct sales model. Your responsibilities will include conducting a thorough examination of Customers Steam & Condensate network and their relevant processes to deliver sustainable Armstrong solutions. You must adhere to Armstrong Quality standards and possess a good understanding of Steam Engineering. As a confident and authoritative speaker, you should excel in building strong interpersonal relationships and demonstrate a preference for Value-based selling over a low bidder-based sales approach. A keen eye for detail, coupled with a passion for Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer, will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
