Job Description

As a Solution Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting Processing Industry, Food, and Pharma customers in optimizing their thermal processes, reducing recurring maintenance issues, and cutting down on their annual fuel bills through the adoption of Armstrong's product and service solutions. Your primary focus will be on achieving 100% On Time Performance and ensuring Zero defects within your designated geographical clientele. In this position, you will report to the Respective Regional Manager or Area Manager. Your key responsibilities will include meeting the annual sales budget by offering the right solutions to the defined customer base using a direct sales approach. You will conduct a comprehensive analysis of customers" Steam & Condensate network and their relevant processes to deliver sustainable Armstrong solutions while adhering to Armstrong's quality standards. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good understanding of Steam Engineering and exhibit confidence and authority in their communication. An emphasis on building strong interpersonal relationships and a preference for a value-based selling approach over a low bidder-based sales strategy are essential. Additionally, attention to detail and a passion for Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer are highly valued qualities. Requirements: - Good knowledge of Steam Engineering - Confidence and authoritative communication skills - Emphasis on strong interpersonal relationships - Preference for value-based selling approach - Detail-oriented with a passion for Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer Experience: 3-7 Years Education Background: Engineering Graduate/Postgraduate (Mechanical/Chemical/Petrochemical) Location: Mumbai Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience Level: 3-5 years In this role, you will be based in Mumbai, India, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of Armstrong's solutions in the region.
