Service Solution Engineer

As a Service Solution Engineer at TGV Kurnool, you will be responsible for providing complete service support at the customer site, ensuring 100% On Time Performance and Zero defects. Reporting to the Manager of Service Solution, your key responsibilities will include conducting surveys of steam traps and total steam energy distribution & losses, preparing detailed audit reports, providing recommendations for energy conservation, maintaining excellent communication and coordination with customers, and ensuring compliance with Armstrong quality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge of Steam Engineering, be a confident speaker with effective communication skills, and have a basic understanding of Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and 3-5 years of experience in the field are required to be successful in this position.
