Service Sales Executive

Furthermore, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and developing strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients are essential tasks. You must communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions. It is imperative to stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare equipment and industry regulations. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions is vital. The requirements for this position include excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market dynamics, and strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with customers. A sound knowledge of healthcare equipment such as CR, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, etc., and a proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry, are necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
