Job Description

We are looking for a Service Reliability Analyst with strong expertise in network infrastructure and observability tools to ensure high service availability and performance. This role requires a blend of network troubleshooting, AI Ops adoption, automation, and incident management skills in a 24/7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot incidents across LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Data Center & Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Implement and manage AI Ops tools like Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, Datadog, Splunk.
Lead incident response, perform RCAs, and drive service restoration.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reliability reports for visibility.
Automate processes using Ansible, Terraform; maintain remediation playbooks.
Optimize AI/ML models for predictive incident detection.
Work in 24/7 shifts, including emergency support.

Required Skills

36 years in Platform Operations / Infrastructure Support.
Hands-on expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, SD-WAN).
Cloud networking knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with observability tools (Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, Datadog, Splunk).
Proficiency in Python / Java / Node.js / JavaScript / Ansible.
ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow, Jira).
Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+ (Cisco DevNet is a plus).
