Job Descriptions: -

 Plans Purchasing based on Indents/PR/MR.

 Preparation of Tender documents / RFQ as per procedure. Issue of Tender / RFQ to the

prospective vendors. Intimation through mail to vendors to get timely bids and quote.

 Vendor Sourcing & Management. Explore new vendors.

 Review bid commercially. Co ordination with technical team for technical

recommendations. Technical and commercially clarification sought from bidders if any.

Preparation Price Comparative sheet, Prepare approval note with proper justifications,

Preparation of Purchase order according to the agreed terms.

 Negotiation and close deals with optimal terms & conditions.

 Finalize the tender process including issuing notifications to successful and unsuccessful

tenders, assembling contract documents for execution and the preparation of contracts

under seal.

 Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all

contract correspondence, contact information sheets, contractual changes, status

reports, Extensions, Amendments.

 Follow-up with Accounts for timely payment to vendor.

 Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
