Job Description

As a member of the Customer Services team at Nokia, your role in Managed Services will involve ensuring the smooth operation of networks and implementing upgrades as per business requirements. You will be responsible for managing and operating various IT and telecommunications services provided to Nokia customers, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue generation through efficient planning, deployment, integration, and maintenance activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing Huawei BSC/RNC and BTS3900 upgrades, CR creation & execution, and L2 support - Conducting hardware and software upgrades for Huawei/Ericsson equipment - Planning and executing OMU OS upgrades and resolving any arising issues - Upgrading Ericsson BSC, RNC, and site components and conducting necessary testing - Managing change activities, fault diagnostics, and network performance monitoring - Documenting all upgrade and change activities accurately and providing detailed reports - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations As an individual contributor, you will handle a variety of complex tasks within your area of responsibility, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and independence in decision-making. You may also act as a Team Leader or Project Leader, supervising junior team members and contributing to departmental/project objectives with efficiency and accuracy. Your innovative ideas, adaptability to changing business environments, and communication skills will be crucial in influencing others, sharing knowledge, and negotiating operational issues. With established skills and 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will apply your knowledge to meet departmental/project objectives while fostering an inclusive working environment that values diversity, authenticity, and open communication.
