Service Operations Specialist

You will be a SAP S/4HANA - Service Operations Specialist at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management Services (DWS) located in Pune, India. You will play a crucial role in the Project Lighthouse transformation project by implementing a strategic future state technology landscape for DWS Corporate Functions in Finance & Procurement areas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as an individual contributor in the SAP S/4 Finance team, resolving production support incidents, bug fixes, and enhancements in S/4 HANA Finance functionalities. - Provide functional consulting support in various SAP FICO areas such as GL, AP, Asset accounting, Accounts receivables, VAT, Cash management, and Controlling. - Support issues related to Ariba and Concur integrations and Finance Interfaces using IDOCs, CPIs, etc. - Offer functional expertise, guidance, and business support to end-users and collaborate with application developers to resolve functional issues and propose solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Science or IT-related discipline. - 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP and related technologies, specifically SAP S/4HANA. - Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance or FICO module configuration. - Experience in integrating FI/CO module with other enterprise applications like MDG, Concur, Ariba. - Exposure to ABAP is desirable, and certification in S/4 HANA Finance/SAP FICO is preferred. - High analytical capabilities, communication skills, and proficiency in English. - Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
