Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Administration

    : Perform day-to-day administrative duties on the ServiceNow platform, including user management, role assignments, and permissions.
  • Customization & Configuration

    : Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
  • Integration

    : Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., monitoring tools, LDAP, third-party applications).
  • Development

    : Develop custom workflows, UI pages, business rules, and client scripts based on business requirements.
  • ITIL Process Implementation

    : Assist with the implementation of ITIL processes in ServiceNow and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshooting & Support

    : Provide support for ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upgrades and Patches

    : Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades andpatches, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
  • Reporting & Dashboards

    : Design and develop custom reports, performance analytics, and dashboards to track service performance and KPIs.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, suggest improvements, and ensure the ServiceNow platform supports business objectives.
  • Training and Documentation

    : Create documentation for configurations, workflows, and procedures, and provide training to end-users on ServiceNow features and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a

    ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

    with a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ServiceNow modules

    such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
  • Strong knowledge of

    ITIL framework

    and experience implementing ITIL processes in ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in

    JavaScript

    ,

    HTML

    ,

    CSS

    , and

    AngularJS

    for ServiceNow customization.
  • Experience with

    ServiceNow scripting

    (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Ability to design and implement

    ServiceNow integrations

    using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Experience with

    ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboards

    to support data-driven decision-making.
  • understanding of

    CMDB

    and its role in the ITIL process.
