Job Description

Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient vehicle repairs, and adherence to Volkswagen standards. Manages service staff, schedules, inventory, and ensures profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Coordinates with parts and sales departments and ensures compliance with safety and company policies. Automotive experience and leadership skills required.
