Full Job description

a. Conduct Daily Huddle between departments. Conduct overall meeting if required.

b. Ensure Proper Opening and closing of Business. Monitor daily attendance. Monitor Grooming

c. Ensure Proper Functioning of Front Office

d. Technicians Planning & Training

e. Handle customers, support team in FO during peak JC opening & Delivery.

f. Daily Review tech Job cards randomly for Complaint Resolution, Parts Replacement, Labour Charged, FQI, Cleanliness

g. Technicians Targets vs Actuals Discussion and Motivations

h. Review FQI Process

i. Review VIWS daily

j. Identify week areas in Floor & FO. Work with individual manpower for improvement.

k. Complaints Customer Handling

l. Identify root causes and fix it through training, personal discussions and seek management help wherever required

m. Tools & Equipment's Monitoring. Ensure Safety to People & Premises.

n. SOP Updations to Floor and FO

o. Flag any Inappropriate or fraud detection

p. SOP Updations to Floor and FO

q. Daily Reports

r. Warranty Claims

s. Battery Claims

t. Tyre Claims

Essential Qualification:

· Excel and system knowledge

· Good communication skills

· Take initiative when required

· Able to display control over activities

· Two wheeler/Four Wheeler Automobiles industry experience is an added advantage
