Service Management Consultant

NTT DATA is seeking a Service Management Consultant to join the team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Service Management Consultant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to maintaining IBS scope, reviewing resilience at asset and IBS levels, consolidating resilience information, remediating vulnerabilities, supporting reporting activities, incident response, change management, scenario testing, and more. Your role will involve providing technical expertise, supporting the BSO, advising on risks and vulnerabilities, researching new technologies, and collaborating with various stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should have 8-12 years of relevant IT experience, with a focus on technology and operational resilience, service management, and risk & controls. You should possess appropriate certifications and have a strong understanding of IT domains, security concepts, DevOps processes, agile methods, and IT governance. Excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to recommending solutions are essential for this position.
