As a Service Management Consultant at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the IBS Scope by being the Technology representative when an IBS is added or removed. Your responsibilities will include communicating with impacted ITSO(s) and architecture stakeholder(s) and creating and maintaining IT Service Chain Maps. You will also review Resilience at both the asset level and IBS level, performing assessments and vulnerability checks as required. In addition, you will consolidate and review Resilience at the IBS level, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the resilience posture of the IBS. You will be responsible for remediation of vulnerabilities, supporting the BSO in prioritization and funding, as well as tracking the remediation progress within ITSCM of the IBS. Your role will also involve providing support and reporting to the BSO, assisting in IBS self-assessment deliverables, and ensuring compliance with Operational Resilience requirements. You will act as a Tech representative for IBS related Resilience meetings and investigations. Incident response, change management, and scenario testing are also crucial aspects of this role. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8-12 years of relevant IT experience, with exposure to Technology & Operational resiliency, Service management, and Risk & Controls. You must possess appropriate certifications and demonstrate a deep understanding of key IT domains, security concepts, and DevOps processes. Strong communication skills, collaboration, and the ability to work with diverse teams are essential for this role.
