As a Service Head at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement after-sales service plans to enhance customer satisfaction. - Address customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner, providing suitable solutions. - Efficiently manage the inventory of spare parts to ensure their timely availability and replacement when needed. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of RO plant operations, including water treatment processes, instrumentation, and electrical systems. - Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders effectively. - If managing a team, exhibit strong leadership and management skills to ensure team productivity. - Maintain records of all technical teams along with their work data. - Utilize your strong technical background in Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants to troubleshoot issues effectively. - Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution within corporate timelines for breakdowns and maintenance. - Effectively manage customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. - Generate monthly reports and manage Management Information System (MIS) efficiently. - Apply problem-solving techniques in the water and waste water treatment plant domain.
