Job Description:
The incumbent would report to Service Head of the branch location. The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
1.Generation of Service Business & achievingDesired Sales targets - Visiting the customers for generating Service business &evaluating technical jobs viz., repairs, refurbishing etc. - Supporting the servicebusiness by generation of sales of genuine spares & attachments. - Ensuring sale ofcontracts like (AMC/CMC) under given territory.
2. Ensure all Service businessparameters are met - Ensuring clear & concise communication for follow ups withCustomers & Service HO personnel. - Maintaining & having the Service MIS on tab.
3. Customer Satisfaction - Ensuring customer satisfaction by quick responses forspares and services for long-term relationships. - Focusing sharply focus on hiring &Contracts customers and relationship management.
4. Warranty Disbursement -Whilst warranty period, Salvage / repair the spare parts to reuse, understandrecurring problems of the products, replacement of spares at customers site andsending back items under warranty to HO for proper accounting and documentation.- Controlling closely controls on receivables and ensuring collection of requireddocuments like (TDS form/ C Form etc.) to maintain working capital within norm.
5.Mentoring Dealers, Training customers & operators - Providing training to Dealers& customers about upkeepment, maintenance and safety of the equipment purchasedby the customers. - Having an upbeat attitude to remain optimistic & be a go getter.
6. Organizational Imperatives -Actively participating and originating Kaizens -Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives -Adhere to Compliance and SafeWorking Note: - The incumbent would be required to travel extensively for thepurpose of Company-s business as per the job requirements. - The incumbent shouldpossess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential:
Degree / Diploma in Engineering OR Graduate in any discipline
Preferred:

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential:
2 years of relevant work experience for Degree in Engineering OR 4 years of relevantwork experience for Diploma in Engineering / Graduate in any discipline
Preferred:
Experience in service of industrial products like MHE
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Skills required: - Technical Skills - Communication Skills 2. Knowledge of: -Product knowledge - Sound fundamental concepts
