Managing Call Management CRM system for call Monitoring and updation
Getting customer complaints attended on time
Diagnose the complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the complaint.
Keep the customer updated on status of complaint resolution process.
In case of non-resolution, report to Service Manager for taking action.
Hands on mock up management
Warehouse management-physical verification of products & spare
Accompanied visits with ASP technician
Checking quality of work done for asp technician
Imparts physical hands-on training to ASP & WD technician
Essential: SSC/ITI/NCVT
SSC - 5 years of relevant experience
ITI with NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) - 3 years of relevant experience
ITI without NAC - 4 years of relevant experience
1. Basic carpentry / fitter skills
2. Technical knowledge of fasteners & basic furniture
3. Reading & understanding of shop floor drawings
4. Knowledge of furniture industry
5. Communication skills
6. Analytical skills
7. Knowledge of Trouble shooting
